What SiteIQ evaluates
- Solar resource — GHI and configuration-aware yield proxies from PVGIS (JRC)
- Terrain — sparse pin sampling or TerrainIQ-confirmed regional DEM when available
- GIS buildable area — OSM constraints, setbacks, and buildable % (Full Mode with boundary)
- Flood indicator — elevation-based heuristic, not official flood mapping
- Land use — Standard ground mount vs Agri-PV (dual use) density assumptions
- Regulatory flags — country-aware checklist pointers (not legal advice)
PVMath Score
The PVMath Score (0–100) combines multiple screening categories so you can compare sites in a portfolio. It is a deterministic screening model for pre-feasibility — not a bankability or investment grade rating.
Category breakdowns appear in your PDF report and in the app detail panels.
Overall site verdict
The overall verdict summarizes combined findings into a plain-language recommendation tier. Use it with module-specific depth: run TerrainIQ for terrain detail, LayoutIQ for packed capacity, and YieldIQ for energy on your layout.
Capacity & land use
Indicative DC capacity uses industry-typical MWp/ha bands adjusted for land use (Standard vs Agri-PV) and mounting type (fixed tilt vs tracker), with a standard GCR band for screening. Layout-optimised designs may differ.
