Refund Policy

1. Trials

Evaluation access may be granted at our discretion for a limited period. No payment is taken and no refund applies. Trial access ends automatically on the expiry date; your account and previously generated results remain accessible, but new analyses and exports require a paid plan.

2. Paid subscriptions (Solo, Starter, Team, Enterprise)

Paid plans are activated manually or via Stripe when live. Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

• Monthly plans: you may cancel before the next billing date; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months except where required by law.
• Annual prepayment: if you cancel within 14 days of first payment and have not substantially used paid export features, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days or after export use, fees are non-refundable except where EU consumer law requires otherwise.
• Service issues: if the Platform is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact contact@pvmath.com — we may offer a credit or pro-rata extension at our discretion.

3. How to cancel or request a refund

Email contact@pvmath.com from your account email with subject PVMath billing. Include your account email and whether you want to cancel or dispute a charge. We respond within 5 business days.

4. EU consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting a paid subscription and using export/download features immediately, you acknowledge that digital service delivery begins at your request and may affect withdrawal rights as permitted under applicable law.
